rhinoplex.org was started in 2000 as a way to give free webspace to people making music and art in pittsburgh, pa usa. by building and maintaining the server on our own, we can operate without the compulsory client popups, storage limits, bandwidth restrictions, and other bullshit imposed on users by providers like geocities, angelfire, and myspace. since it began, rhinoplex.org has expanded to include users from philly, boston, canada, and yes, even ohio. the server runs debian linux on an AMD processor.
